In addition to the Executive Board, the MOMS Club of Eagle River utilizes coordinator positions to help create a fun and relaxed environment for our membership.

There were several reasons that went into our decision to do this:

bullet To get each member a little more involved  WITHOUT having to give a lot of extra time.
bullet To allow other members that have taken on larger roles to cut back on some of the time they spend doing MOMS Club 'work'.
bullet To streamline certain activities and to make them run smoother as well as more efficiently.

We have done a lot of talking amongst ourselves, new and older members, and other clubs throughout the nation researching the way they breakdown opportunities for involvement.

Each job should take NO MORE than 2 - 3 hours a month to complete, if even that much.... some will just be a few calls a month!
